This step presents a series of Standard Operating Procedures to help you run a successful food business.

The procedures should be thought of as advice to help your food remaining uncontaminated.

You will need to either "Acknowledge" or "Add" comments to the suggested procedures before you can move on to the next step.

To "Acknowledge", you will need to check the box.

To "Add", click the "Add" button, type you comments and click the "Submit and Close Window" button.

Upon submission, your notes will become part of the Food Safety Plan which is submitted to your local council at the end of the program.
