The number of screens needed to complete this step is determined directly from the processes you selected at Step 2 - Select processes.

 
 

Hazards are graded according to their severity. You will be presented with the High Risk Hazards before being asked to consider the Medium Risk Hazards and the Low Risk Hazards.

 
 

You will have to check the "Acknowledge" box before you are allowed to move on to the next step.

 

By checking "Acknowledge" you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the information presented.

 
   

Where links are provided, record sheets can be downloaded to your computer, printed out and used to help your business.
